Where does the production occur?

Our garments are manufactured in Lima, Peru

Where are your products shipped from?

All items are shipped from Spring Place, New York City.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Our product pages provides size guides

How do I take care of the product fabric? (how to wash and dry etc)

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

What methods of payment does the website accept?

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. 

Paypal 

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be redirected to the Paypal site “Log-in” page to review and “Pay Now”. Once completed you will return to COLLECT INTERIOR. 

Klarna 

Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Klarna as your payment method. You will then be directed to Klarna’s website to register and provide payment details. If you’re already a Klarna subscriber just log into your Klarna account to complete your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders places on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1- 2 days.

How can I expedite or change my shipping

We have the following expedited shipping option available for select regions UPS 2 Day - $20

Can I change or cancel my order after its been placed? (Refund / return policy)

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed. If you would like to add an item to your order, please place another order. Additionally, items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Can I exchange my order?

We do not process exchanges. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your orderProducts must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.If you want to order another item, please place another order.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

All orders are picked, packed and inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event your item arrives damage, you may return it for a refund by emailing shop@collectinterior.com

My discount code isn't applying, how can I fix this?

If your discount code isn’t working, email shop@collectinterior.com to request a new one.
